Alongside client work, we train our own AI models. The first one recognises which room a property photo shows — kitchen, bathroom, garden, façade — and already runs inside ImmoStory.ai.

Challenge
General-purpose AI services don’t recognise rooms in Belgian homes reliably enough, charge per image and send every photo to a third party.
Solution
Our own vision model, trained on thousands of property photos and checked against more than 2,000 photos labelled by our own team. It builds on open models and runs on our own servers in Europe, with small LoRA adapters per task — so photos stay within our infrastructure and costs stay predictable.
